Inventory Supervisors help our customers make better decisions to support the
needs of their customers.
Supervise customers’ on-site inventories, at thevarious customer locations, utilizing RGIS standardizedprocesses
Manage inventory flow plans, effectively direct andguide Inventory Associates during the inventory process, and ensure PerfectEvent standards aremet
Exhibit exemplary customer service, including but notlimited to, professional and timely communication, having a sense of urgency,and meeting expected servicelevels
Consistently drive profitability and productivitygoals by utilizing financial and analytical management tools to monitorperformance.
Oversee execution of inventories. Ensures accuracy,productivity, efficiency, and on-time completion objectives are met for eachinventory performed
Take ownership for compliance with all Companypolicies, procedures and initiatives, including compliance with all employmentlaws.
Supervising inventories is a very active job –Inventory Supervisors bend, kneel and climb ladders, while working on theirfeet or knees throughout theinventory
Be reliable and attend all scheduledinventories ontime

Experience or Knowledge Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Associate’s Degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Minimum of two years of experience inmanaging retail single or multi-store environments or a similar field.
Ability to motivate others in a positivemanner to obtain desired performanceresults
Strong work ethic with the ability to focusin a team-oriented and fast-pacedenvironment
Ability to work flexible schedules withvaryinghours
Professional, with the ability to properlycommunicate with customers and RGISemployees
Ability to, with or without reasonable accommodation,frequently squat, kneel, bend,climbladders and reach, as well as stand for up to 10-12hours
