We're growing rapidly and are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst for ourWestminster office.ResponsibilitiesYou will report the Corporate Controller and will support all treasury andliquidity management activities. This position will be an integral part of ourteam and be responsible for bank relations, strategic projects, inaddition to working cross functionally. Key responsibilities will be to managethe day-to-day operations of online electronic banking platform; act as theinterface between the banks and internal users; implement and manage newsystems as needed; and assist with other treasury functions such as foreignexchange, support letters of credit and bank debt.Cash Management* Prepare daily cash position to determine funding requirements or excess cash* Prepare 30-day and 13-week cash forecast* Track and monitor receipts using on -line banking software* Process ACH / wire transfers and record daily* Perform analysis comparing actual cash position versus forecast* Work with business partners to enhance accuracy of the cash forecast* Concentrate excess cash from depository banks for investment (daily)* Handle daily bank account reconciliation* Provide data for journal entries related to cash management activity* Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as neededTreasury Operations* Prepare or approve wire transfers (initiate or release)* Approve or reject ACH draft exceptions* Collaborate with Accounting to update the approved vendor list and dollarlimits* Prepare or approve FX wires as needed (initiate or release)* Interface with bank on payment issues or inquires* Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures inday-to-day conduct* Prepare required regulatory reporting related to KYC or Debt covenantsSystems* Develop working knowledge of Treasury workstation and bank portals* Perform administrative functions for Treasury System, Bank Portal andShared DrivesAccounting and Reporting* Ensure reports sent to business partners are accurate and timely* Perform journal entries for non-recurring cash transactions / wires inconjunction with Accounting* Prepare and send the weekly cash forecasting reportBank Relations* Develop and maintain relationships with depository banksProject Leadership* Lead or participate in special projects as needed* Integrate the Treasury Management activities of acquired companies into cashmanagement structureQualifications* Bachelor's degree (four-year college or university), preferably inAccounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and workexperien* Expert level skills with analytical tools, and the proven ability to usethese to influence others; high level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word,and PowerPoint* Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills* Strong project management skills; the ability to provide strategicleadership and work cross-functionally with colleagues in operations,finance, customer service, and other areas of the business while managingto a budget and adhering to deadlin
