At TT, you will work withhigh-performing teams who are passionate about using their expertise to findsolutions to complex problems in water, environment, infrastructure,resource management, energy, and international development.Supports Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD) Publications Management and DocumentControl coordinator and Human Resources Office (HRO) in coordinating andimplementing the Document Control transition plan for closure. Plans,organizes and directs the retention of closure documents, to includescanning, archiving and disposition, to meet established deadlines.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Identify documents to be retained IAW PCD and Army policiesPlan, organize and direct document management activities to meet objectivesand deadlinesScan and upload documents for archivalEnsure proper naming and meta tagging of all documentsPrepare disposal memos for review and approvalCoordinate final disposition of documents with the Publications ManagementCoordinatorShred and properly dispose of documentsEvaluate and update productivity metrics and prepare memos to updateleadership on progressAttend meetings and conferences in support of the document control processOther duties as assignedQualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) preferredKnowledge of AR 25-50 Document Production/Control procedures preferredAbility to follow protocol for the protection of sensitive informationExcellent attention to detailAbility to work unsupervisedAbility to troubleshoot and interact with various departments to maintainprogress towards established goals and deadlinesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in an administrative or information management field5 years' experience in administrative support position (work at clientsite preferred)Other Skills and Requirements:Must have excellent communication skills and able to speak, understand andwrite the English language fluently in order to engage with co-workers, andgenerate documents and reports.Computer Skills including Microsoft Office suite and ability to completeonline timesheets, forms, etc. required.
