How You’ll Make an Impact

We are looking for a Territory Business Manager (TBM) that will manage and build Channel Partner (independent distributor) relationships, educate and motivate distributor sales representatives (DSR) to gain new customers, build volume in existing accounts, and gain distribution of the entire family of brands portfolio in an assigned territory.

In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Building strategic relationships with key decision makers within Channel Partners.

  • Creating and executing sales growth strategies for each Channel Partner.

  • Mentoring and educating DSRs on sales process, value proposition, new products and existing marketing programs to effectively maintain business and close new customer deals.

  • Assisting DSRs in closing high potential prospective customers.

  • Regularly attending and participating in Channel Partner sales meetings.

  • Conducting top-to-top, monthly Channel Partner reviews to ensure that sales growth strategies are on target to meet goals.

  • Coordinating and onboarding new Channel Partners as required.

  • Providing reports and related sales information on day-to-day basis as required by the Company.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 years outside sales experience (independent distributor sales experience preferred but not required).

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Computer operating skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce.com

  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, along with the ability to take initiative and act independently

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a team player

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed; occasional travel outside the assigned territory may be required

  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
