185194 Site Services Project Manager II (Open)Job Title: Site Services Project Manager II About the Role - You will:Manage suppliers that support site services including: Mail, FoodService, Vending, Office Beverage, Plants, Janitorial, Copiers,Confidential Shred, Refuse & Recycling, Pest Control, Landscaping,Snow Removal, and Parking Lot Sweeping.Monitor performance of suppliers through the Supplier Review ProcessHave the ability to draft Statement of Work and specificationsCoordinate supplier performance reviewsReview proposals and invoicesHave the ability to draft and compile general business written correspondenceto internal Seagate employees and outside suppliersOrganize and manage Facilities documents on our shared drive (excludingdrawings).Identifying tasks that need to be done, identifying resources, scheduleand supervise workSurvey existing conditionsWork order generation and tracking to closureGain and maintain knowledge of Seagate's EHS policies; ensure allcontracted services are knowledgeable of the Seagate requirements.Audit service suppliers for complianceSafety inspectionsAssist with audit corrective action planGather, compile and summarize data; format in presentation formExpense tracking and budget forecastingDraft and submit purchase requisitionsCreate and maintain various accounting spreadsheetsUse Excel, Word and PowerPointAbout Our GroupThe Site Facilities Team in Colorado is part of the Workplace Servicesgroup, which also includes Non-Operations Global Facilities, Global RealEstate and Global Environmental, Health and Safety. Facilities isresponsible for all facets of running a site, including projects, spacemanagement, maintenance and services.
