Wewant your knowledge and expertise!Here is some of what you can expect from being a Wound Care RN with us:You will develop and maintains systems to promote internal and externalcustomer satisfactionYou will be accountable for promoting high levels of employee, patient andphysician satisfactionYou will promote optimal patient outcomes, while maintaining appropriateproductivity standardsYou will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing, including providingfor back-up staffing on off shifts as neededYou will assume 24 hour accountability in absence of directorYou will demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the care of patients ofdesignated unitsYou will provide patient care utilizing the nursing process - assessment,care planning, implementation, and reassessment - for identified patientpopulations per the Colorado Nurse Practice ActYou will document patient care administeredYou will coordinate interdisciplinary communication and careYou will deliver care based on the age, physical, psychological,cultural, safety, and learning needs of the individual patientYou will demonstrate basic and unit specific competenciesYou will supervise RNs, LPNs, MST, CNAs, USYou will conduct annual performance evaluations; provide coaching andcounseling for employees as appropriateYou will supervises unit scheduling and monitor call-ins for appropriateactionQualifications you will need for this role:4 year Bachelor DegreePost-Graduate Degree preferredCurrent licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or currentactive multistate Registered...
