The Analyst will draw heavily on financial acumen and system skills to provide financial insights, has demonstrated ability to understand and structure data to create repeatable analyses, embraces a collaborative work style and possesses a clear customer and operations focus.

The Main Responsibilities
Provides process leadership on executive reporting across Corporate Finance team
Support core processes by developing standardized reporting for monthly results and quarterly earnings
Analyze financial and operational data; develop and deliver reports/dashboards to Senior Leadership team
Contribute to Monthly forecast processes, including trend analyses, monitor forecast accuracy
Ownership of reporting template for key financial items impacting monthly/quarterly results
Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis to support various business initiatives and special projects
Other duties as assigned
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, Economics, and/or Accounting preferred)
3-5 years of relevant experience
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements
Experience with Anaplan, Power BI, Hyperion Essbase, OneStream is desired, but not required
Ability to manage high levels of complexity while maintaining attention to detail
Adept at thinking strategically and simplifying problem sets
Ability to balance deadlines and priorities across multiple projects with limited supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
