UCHealth Safety Emerg Mgmt and Regulatory Affairs Mgr in Highlands Ranch, Colorado


Designs and maintains safety, emergency management and facility regulatory compliance functions.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days


Manages Environmental Health and Life Safety programs in compliance with regulatory standards.

Manages the Emergency Preparedness Program in compliance with regulatory standards.

Develops, educates, monitors, and leads regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, goals and targets through collaboration with the quality department and leadership.

Coordinates program development and implementation with other organizational functions to ensure consistency. Serves as a subject matter expert.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.


  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of hospital experience in relevant field(s). Preferred: Health care system experience.


  • Life Safety certification from NFPA or ICC. Completion of ICS 100/200/700 or higher level courses including HSEEP programs.
