Department and team-focused projectsaccount for about 80% of your schedule. You ll spend the other 20% onprofessional development sessions and networking activities, including theKickoff Conference on June 2, webinars, community service,cross-functional project, and final presentations.Internship responsibilities may includeOur interns will be working with the Data Product Development Technologydomain to breakdown complex technologies, delineate where that technologybrings value to clients, and provide a readout on what it would take toexecute and bring that technology to life. Topics could cover: DataEvolution and Governance, Service Automation and Orchestration, SDN,SD-WAN, Cloud Integrations, and Security Evolution. We will be researchingexisting, bleeding edge, and speculative solutions with the goal ofproviding a readout on where they intersect with solving current, andfuture, client challenges. We will also take on fundamentals: What s thedifference between a great technology concept and executing on those conceptswithin a nationwide fortune 100 company versus a startup.Here s what it takes to get startedRequired qualifications * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or Universitycompleting a Bachelor s Degree or Advanced Degree * Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events andactivities throughout the program * Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need forfuture sponsorshipPreferred qualificationsA candidate should have an interest, or understanding, of a wide array oftechnology. This includes Data Evolution and Governance, Service Automationand Orchestration, SDN, SD-WAN, Cloud Integrations, and SecurityEvolution.
