This role is responsible for adding new T-Mobile customers in small townsacross America. The Hometown Expert will sell products, services, andsolutions to gain new customers through a variety of activities including,but not limited to, in-person prospecting, cold-calling, networking,and generating leads and referrals throughout the local community. The idealcandidate will be a part of the community they serve and develop personalizedsolutions to deliver on customer's needs. Candidate required to live intheir assigned Hometown Market.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do in your role.Connect with members of your community in-person to build interest in T-Mobileservices in an effort to generate new consumer and business customersMeet with prospective customers in your community to deliver a personalizedpurchase experience pairing their needs with T-Mobile solutions - voice,tablets, home internetWork closely with local community leaders and T-Mobile marketing teams toparticipate in promotional events and selling opportunities throughout thecommunity to generate brand interest and salesDevelop strategies and sales plans crafted to convert leads generated frommarketing efforts and promotional events to salesResponsible for meeting and exceeding sales, operations, and customerexperience targetsSuccessfully complete training and continuing education to maintain knowledgeof products, services, and sales approachesSupports company initiatives and creates an inclusive environment withcustomers and teammatesExhibit personal leadership by consistently maintaining high standards ofethical and professional conductAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by businessmanagement as neededTravel will be required within 100-mile radius of listed home store locationQualificationsLess than 2 years Sales or Customer Service experienceWireless experience, preferredBecause this position requires local travel you need valid license, a cleandriving record, and proof of insurance.Okay.
