North Range Behavioral Hlth-Greeley Admin Director-Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Greeley, Colorado

Days and hours may vary Sunday through Saturday, 7am - 7pm. Paid monthly.Manages the Clinic designation process. Functions as an integral member of theExecutive Management team to ensure the agency meets external andinternal expectations and goals. Provides specialized strategic leadershipand oversight of administrative and/or clinical functions for all aspects ofmultiple programs and associated staff as assigned. Develops and managesprogram budgets. Works with groups outside the organization, includingregulatory agencies and serves as primary contact with federal funders(SAMHSA) for the project. Supports communications activities, servingas liaison and agency representative in committees, coalitions andcollaborations; establishes and maintains partnerships to advance NorthRange's mission. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplishgoalsMinimum Qualifications:Education/Credentials- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology,social work or other closely related field required.- Colorado clinical licensure in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC,LMFT, Lic Psych) or license-eligible preferred.Experience- 6 years' experience, in a health or behavioral health care settingworking in the area of quality improvement, quality assurance or riskmanagemen- Experience leading initiatives in the assessment of programs andprocesses, development of solutions, and implementation and management ofmajor projects.- Advanced proficiency with software products (e.g., Microsoft OfficeSuite, Visio, and/or statistical software like SAS or SPSS), dataentry, and data management.- Extensive understanding of rules, regulations and laws governingbehavioral health practice and experience in practical application at theprogram and agency level.- Management and fiduciary experience in a healthcare or nonprofit agencyhighly desired.- Experience in the development and management of in-service training andeducation preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Mild to severe mental health and/or substance usedisorders/disabilities, trauma-informed care, andrecovery/resiliency-oriented services.- Client groups and/or issues related to the program area (i.e., agegroups, level of severity, risk category, etc.).- Best practices for program development and enhancement, changemanagement, and effective supervisory/management approaches.- Professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by the State of Colorado.- Federal, state and local regulations regarding delivery and documentationof behavioral health services.- Electronic health record documentation practices.- Human resource concepts, practices, policies, and procedures.- Workplace policies and professionalism.- Organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.- Organizational sensitivity regarding complex relationships with federal,state and local agencies, government entities, and personnel.- Demonstrate clinical expertise in the areas of behavioral healthtreatment, prevention and/or intervention consistent with assigned duties.- Read, analyze, and interpret related professional periodicals,journals, financial reports, technical procedures, or government regulations.- Apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to a wide range ofintellectual and practical problems.- Communicate effectively and positively, both orally and in writing,with a wide range of individuals and constituencies. Effectively speak andpresent in public.
