Check out Visit Grand Junction for videos andWhat You'll Do:-Define, implement, and execute creative recruiting and sourcingstrategies utilizing research and data analysis in order to attract and engagetalent to meet our employment needs.-Develop and manage the department's recruitment social media accounts;collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across variousplatforms.-Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with universities, communitycolleges, workforce centers, high school career centers, and industrycontacts to promote as an Employer of Choice.-Plan and develop comprehensive outreach programs; participate in job fairsand on-site recruiting.-Develop and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers tounderstand position needs and determine recruiting strategy; conductfollow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.-Monitor, interact, and respond to applicants to cultivate engagement andcreate brand awareness; ensure each candidate has a positive recruitingexperience with the organization; coordinate site tours, ride-a-longs,and shadow events to maximize exposure for potential applicants.-Assist in the onboarding development plan and implementation for thesuccessful transition and retention of new hires.-Manage the recruiting and marketing budget.What We're Looking For:-Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in recruiting, socialmedia management, sales, marketing, communications, publicrelations, or human resources.
