Role Description
The RMMC Student Professional works with the Learning and Development Department at Rocky Mountain Metal Container (RMMC) in deploying our continuous improvement strategy called WCSC (World Class Supply Chain). They will support the ET Pillar of WCSC (Education & Training) by ensuring documentation is updated/tracking training for employees and working with the teams by building the capability of the people in their area. In addition to documentation they will also be responsible for creating and producing videos related to building capability for the plant.
Work Schedule
Hours of availability range from 3am to 12am Monday through Friday; candidate can flex schedule to accommodate classes.
Responsibilities
Filling/tracking training documentation
Updating current procedures into WCSC format
Research and set conversion standards and documentation for all lines (4)
Recording plan stop and maintenance procedures onto tablet for floor use
Prepare orientation binders for new hires and contingents
Create and produce training videos
Assist with onboarding for all new and contingent employees
Organize and stock supply cabinets- PPE, Office Supplies etc.
Qualifications / Skills:
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or have U.S. permanent work authorization; must be 21 years of age or older. Majors Considered: Human Resources, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Business Management. 3.0 GPA or above is required. This internship experience will be located in Golden, CO.

Job Posting Hourly Rate: $19.00
