Days and hours may vary Sunday through Saturday, 7:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.Salary negotiable depending on experience. Paid monthly.Requirements:Bilingual English/Spanish required.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form relationships and lead keyinitiates.Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems and objectives.Knowledge of electronic health records systems.Knowledge of computer systems and applications.Knowledge of fiscal management and human resource management practices.Knowledge of clinical workflow.Skill in planning, organizing and supervising.Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making.Skill in gathering and analyzing data.Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship withpatients, medical/dental staff and the public.Skill in identifying and resolving problems.Ability to work well with Center staff including the Business, MedicalSupport Manger and Center Directors.Ability to create a department atmosphere which encourages motivation,innovation and high performance.Ability to delegate responsibility and authority to staff.Ability to communicate clearly.Must work well with the other patient care team membersSensitivity to low income and ethnic minority community a mustA background check will be requiredEducation:Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Communications, Business Administration,Public Health, Healthcare Administration or other health related field ispreferred. Experience may be substituted for higher education.Experience:Three - five years of experience completing reception functions in a medicalor dental practice serving diverse populations with at least one year ofleadership experience is required.Duties:The Customer Service Associate (CSA) Program Manager provides programmanagement, training, coordination, stakeholder engagement, policy andprocedure development and quality assurance for the reception departmentsacross all clinics.Serve as a subject matter expert and in some cases the program lead forthe Salud reception departmentCSA training development and delivery including both medical and dental CSAtraining both in person and onlineAdapts program processes, new initiatives and training through relationshipbuilding and stakeholder engagement.Hosts monthly meetings with CSA leads.Other duties as assigned.
