Kforce Senior XAML C# Developer - Remote in Fort Collins, Colorado

Kforce is looking to identify a Senior XAML C# Developer to work remotely for a client who is shaking up the way they deliver software solutions to their customer base in Fort Collins, CO. This opportunity will enable this senior XAML C# developer to help drive themselves and two other engineers towards the start and completion of a greenfield project. This is a great way to be a part of something and then look back when it's a hit and say, I was working on that from day 1!Summary:This project is hoping to disrupt the way their consumers are engaging with their computers at home especially within the unique situations we are in a remote environment.   • At least 5 years of experience working in a software development environment

  • Hands on coding experience with XAML (at least 4 years)

  • Experience with Universal Windows Platform (UWP)/C# (at least 4 years)

  • UWP/'C#' programming for the backend

  • XAML for the UI

  • Experience building something from the ground up

  • Creative and innovative to help think of out of the box solutions

  • Solution oriented

  • Flexible with schedule - currently the team is primarily in MST but will also be working with partners overseas; There will be a couple times a week where you will need to partner with those teams and might not always be able to work standard 8-5

  • Proven ability to work remotely

  • Highly collaborative and communicative

  • Adaptable, flexible and out of the box thinker

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Ability to help guide/mentor other engineers (still individual contribution)

Nice to Have:

  • No degree or formal training required however BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or formal coding training is nice to have

  • General knowledge of how Bluetooth works & how it communicates with devices (RFComm, Ble, Sockets, etc.

  • Low level programming experience (firmware)
