UCHealth Nutrition Assistant in Fort Collins, Colorado

Work Schedule: PRN Days

Join our UCHealth team as a Food Runner / Nutrition Assistant at Poudre Valley Hospital. Active, fast-paced, and fun team! This role performs a variety of duties associated with the patient room service delivery system. Come make an impact on patient care! We train on food safety procedures.

We are seeking candidates that are faced paced, customer service oriented, while paying close attention to detail.

Position requires various types of physical exertion including walking and standing for considerable lengths of time.

Flexible hours for those in school or other pursuits. Weekends required.

This position is eligible for differential pay on weekends and nights. One free meal available per worked shift. Uniform shirts are provided. UCHealth offers an annual performance bonus, annual summer picnic for employees and their family, and a selection of a holiday gift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and delivers room service meals.

  • Expedites meal service to patients ensuring that specific diet modifications and individual preferences are honored.

  • Work cooperatively within the department and with other departments to achieve the goals of the room service department

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED

This position's pay range starts at: $15.000000/hour.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
