Traemand Logistics Sales Coordinator in Englewood, Colorado

You will turn internal prospects into installation customers through relentless effort and responsiveness. This position is located in our Englewood, CO office and does not offer relocation, remote work, or sponsorship opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact internal prospects through 80+ daily calls and emails to pursue installation contracts.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain and track customer and prospect communications.

  • Drive commercial urgency to meet or exceed revenue forecast and maximize installation team capacity, utilization and productivity.

  • Receive and resolve plan and installation quality issues by documenting and delegating resolution to appropriate parties via a ticket system.

  • Work closely with strategic business partners to focus sales efforts toward targeted customers and balance and fill capacity.

  • Securing installation contracts using capacities set by the Dispatch Coordinator to best fill installation slots.

  • Review plan packages and profiles daily for internal prospects to drive installation contracts and revenue.

  • Ability to receive and utilize feedback from weekly one-on-one coaching sessions in order to grow your region?s contracts, revenue and survey scores.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Sales experience strongly preferred

  • Logistics or scheduling experience a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy;

  • Highly organized and flexible;

  • Competitive drive ? you always want to win;

  • Contributor to improving processes;

  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines; and

  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
