Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This role will effectively communicate the “what” and the “why” to internal stakeholders and clients as well as within the digital center of excellence. This is a high visibility role, across the marketing team and enterprise, perfect for an independent self-starter who is driven by process improvements, project management, results, client and team experience and passionate about the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
In this role, you will:
Manage all aspects of project management within the digital marketing center of excellence for our DISH TV and OnTech Smart Services brands
Develop and execute process and project intake improvements, training, program and project background, requirements, communication, timelines, milestones and deliverables
Collaborate with and servicing other teams across the company while seamlessly managing digital marketing projects at an enterprise or tactical level for the entire digital center of excellence
Be a liaison with other internal teams throughout the organization to understand the scope and requirements for new or ongoing projects then summarize and communicate that to the digital center of excellence
Balance team workload with client satisfaction through effective team communication and active project management as well as polished client communication and client services
Implement, improve, leverage and train others on new enterprise project management software
Oversee and manage creative development process between digital center of excellence and internal creative agency to ensure high-quality creative is delivered within stated timelines
Successful Digital Marketing Project Management candidates have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
Ability to become an expert in our business while demonstrating a deep, functional understanding of digital marketing practices, strategy, tactics, platforms and creative
Two to four years of experience in project management within a digital marketing focused team, agency or organization
Working knowledge of e-commerce and ad ops (shopify, tealium, adobe, pixels, etc.)
Digital media strategy, planning and/or buying a plus
Experience with project management software such as Wrike
Track record of delivering results through efficient project management, communication and client services;
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills;
Passion for the constantly-changing digital landscape with finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends;
Compensation: $64,800.00/Yr. - $100,000.00/Yr.
