We are hiring for a full time accounts payable clerk to work in our Eagle, Colorado Location. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing vendor invoices, check processing, balancing credit card statements, and monthly vendor statements.
This position would require flexibility to work out our Glenwood Springs or Eagle locations.
Essential Function & Responsibilities:
Check AP invoices for accuracy
Match AP invoices to purchase orders
Enter AP Invoices in accounting software
Cut AP Checks
Balance AP statements
Balance company credit card statements
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
Experience with construction accounting a plus
Experience with Sage 100 preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills
Intermediate knowledge of general computer programs
Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and prioritization skills with attention to details
Reliable attendance is an essential part of this position
