The Headlines :
In the role of Warehouse Operator II working in Denver, you will be part of the Warehouse team. The person will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of the company’s products (cases and kegs) using forklifts and/or walkie-riders in a fast-paced environment.
This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisors and works closely with other warehouse staff, including Warehouse Operator IIs/Forklift Drivers.
Understanding and following quality assurance standards to ensure proper product rotation, using inventory RF “guns” when receiving moving product to ensure inventory accuracy
Conducting pre and post-shift inspection of assigned vehicles, applying safe work standards to all tasks, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and work space, and complying with laws and regulations
Flexible to be assigned to other general tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to:
Loading/unloading delivery vehicles
Delivery truck check-in
Shipping out distributor orders
Vertique replenishment, hand stack, system operation, and cart loads
Picking and loading kegs for delivery to the loading bays
Working hours: May-September (Summer Hours) : Monday through Friday, 9:00am-7:30pm, or whenever the work is complete
The Other Qualifications:
You are comfortable with the physical demands and labor-intensive nature of warehouse work – employees in this role are required to:
Life product up to 30 pounds as many as 2500 times per shift, and up to 165 pounds periodically throughout shift
Periodic lifting above shoulder height
Moving and stacking pallets weighing up to 65 pounds throughout shift. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach and climb up and down stairs throughout shift. Must be able to distinguish between red, green and “off” lights. Ability to work in a fast paced and warm environment, especially during summer months
You can be flexible with shift and hours that can be subject to change based on company demands
Prefer a minimum of two years of prior warehouse experience including forklift experience

You have a High School Diploma or GED, are 21 years of age or older, and are able to read product packaging and communicate in English via radio

The rate of pay for this position starts at $15.75/hour and is overtime eligible for anything over 40 hours a week.
