Schindler products can be found in many well-known buildingsthroughout the US, including 4 World Trade Center, the Bank of AmericaTower and the Marriott Marquis in New York, Cowboys Stadium in Dallas andthe Cleveland Clinic in Las Vegas.Mobility is the goalKey Responsibilities Include:Prepare and implement annual NI Sales Plan in support of Territory andCorporate Objectives.Enforce systematic sales management practices with processes and toolsapplied.Identify all major potential customers, including national accounts toestablish, develop and maintain positive relationships.Organize, focus, coach and direct all NI Sales Representatives on growingour NI business and achieving sales budget.Provide support, training and mentoring to NI Sales force.Track performance vs. objective for all NI Sales Representatives.Develop local sales budgets in line with the Regional targets.Develop, coordinate and facilitate Territory NI sales training programs.Maintain lead role for NI initiatives, policies and programs by workingclosely with ROM/NI and NI Field Superintendents, and Product Lines.Develop corrective actions where appropriate.Participate in the interviewing, and screening and hiring process for allnew NI Sales Representatives.Authorize first level pricing escalation. Mobility needs youExpertise:Minimum seven to ten year's experience in elevator or related industry.Education:Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing,Engineering or related field.
