Schindler products can be found in many well-known buildingsthroughout the US, including 4 World Trade Center, the Bank of AmericaTower and the Marriott Marquis in New York, Cowboys Stadium in Dallas andthe Cleveland Clinic in Las Vegas.Mobility is the goalEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.Drive territory recovery plan on a page strategyResponsible for territory conversion process and rateManage the cancellation avoidance process on all accounts with a focus on Top20 and also manage " at risk" programDrive Tier D profit improvement actionsResponsible for sales on boardingSupport new sales hiring processHelp back fill for sales openingsDrive NPS score improvement and process complianceDeploy repair initiativesResponsible for obsolescence program in the territoryEnsure proper weekly sales meeting are being in held in all offices within theterritorySupport FP pricing tools and BLA processesResponsible for select territory key accounts Mobility needsyouTwo years' college required (BA/BS) or equivalent preferredFour to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience.Prior Engineering or Business or Sales Management experience requiredpreferably with a Technical or Engineered product.Equal opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
