Wolters Kluwer Technology Product Manager – Product Analyst in Denver, Colorado
The Technology Product Manager - Product Analyst works as a liaison between Product Management team and the development/engineering teams to support the development of our digital healthcare products. This position works in close collaboration with a cross-functional team to influence product innovation. Works with Product Manager and UX Designer to capture business & design requirements and communicate detailed design and functional requirements to the development team through all stages of the product development process. Helps define product features in aggressive timelines to create world-class customer experiences with a strong return on investment
LOCATION: Denver CO or remote
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with stakeholders and project team to validate product requirements and write detailed Stories & Create acceptance criteria
Support Design Thinking and Agile Workshops.
Work closely with UX Designers in discovering product needs and write requirements to support the back-end of UX designs.
Assist in managing applications and products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring business relevance, adoption and continuous improvement.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with UX Designer to create screen and interface designs that meets user expectations.
Interacts with the product team to ensure functional requirements are sound, complete, and consumable by the engineering team. This includes ensuring that requirements meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Manages current and future requirements and documentation, and the project's requirements tracking tool.
Adopt a proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options where appropriate.
Collaborate with team to define acceptance criteria and participate in agile meetings such as daily scrum, grooming, retro's and planning.
Participates in testing software in development to find errors & mistakes in design implementation, then write stories for correction, as part of the User Acceptance testing.
Employ user centered practices and principles to create world-class, brand-leading experiences.
Work closely with a cross-functional team to assess product requirements and create designs, user task and interaction flows, provide input on user-interface interaction details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for various online products.
Partner with user research team members to better understand the user and test the usability of features and conceptual designs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or other related technical degree or equivalent relevant work experience
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a technology focused organization
Experience developing writing business requirements for products/applications.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Ability to cover multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to translate product concepts and ideas into Epics and User Stories and agile development knowledge and experience
Proficient in either software development or software integration projects and experience with Jira, Confluence; Agile collaboration tools and CSM, CSPO or SAFe certification preferred
Travel as needed

Demonstrated written, listening, and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate complex ideas to a wide variety of stakeholders
Self-motivated and be able to make logical decisions to ensure the overall success of the project by creating designs that seamlessly address customer and business concerns and objectives
Creative visionary thinker who is inherently analytical and detail-oriented
Familiarity with Agile development processes a plus
Background and/or understanding of the healthcare information technology industry is a plus
