Patterson Companies, Inc. Strategic Accounts Coordinator in Denver, Colorado
The Strategic Account Coordinator is responsible for the sales operations of Strategic Accounts. This includes working with other departments in creating RFPs, onboarding new accounts, identifying and correcting issues preventing order-flow, and solutioning for any other customer-initiated requirements. Moreover, this vital role supports the sales effort in growing and maintaining overall market share within each account while preserving customer satisfaction through world-class communications.
Responsible for maintaining procurement protocols with each assigned account including setup and pricing.
Documents customer protocols
Maintains pricing methodology and selection where applicable for each assigned account
Establishes communication with assigned customer operation teams.
Cross Trains with other Strategic Account Coordinators on all customer protocols
Works closely with the department team to analyze current prices and determine pricing strategies.
Assists and supports Requests for Proposal activities.
Performs special projects and ad-hoc reporting as new business opportunities and challenges warrant
Assist in the preparation of short and long-term strategic business plans.
Supports continuous improvement to achieve consistently excellent customer and employee satisfaction; identifies and recommends improvements in processes, procedures and tools usage.
Brings outside professional knowledge and best practices into the organization to further advance the differentiation and efficacy of the pricing approach
Performs other duties as assigned
3-5 years of work experience in related field or business
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Applications, specifically advanced Excel skills, Word, and PowerPoint
Independently migrates through complex systems and data with little training
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop reports in multiple environments
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the goals and objectives of his/her job, as well as the related processes and technology tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, have the capacity to define problems, collect data, investigate facts and draw conclusions.
Simultaneously manages multiple high-level projects in a fast paced, collaborative and constantly changing environment
Able to interact with all levels of employees. Speaks and writes with clarity and purpose, delivering information, direction and ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
Is able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with multiple priorities/projects
Detail oriented ability to analyze problems, probe facts and question assumptions using fact based decision-making.
