Exabeam is looking for a Professional Services Engineer (PSE) to join the team to deploy our line of security products at leading global companies across the globe. The incumbent will work with cutting-edge technology and tackle complex technical and business problems while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries.
Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to carry out software implementations (design, setup, and review) and enhancements;
Identify and resolve technical/system related inquiries and issues for client teams;
Assess customers technical needs and capabilities during implementations, and provide recommendations to ensure success;
Provide highly responsive customer service and maintain a high level of member satisfaction;
Engineer, record and document solutions to common and difficult problems;
Learn, implement and teach best practices for implementation and configuration of company products
Collaborate with engineering to improve implementation and configuration of professional service processes
BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required
Experience in providing technical consultancy (SIEM or Log Management System preferred)
Linux Command Line proficiency
Programming languages and scripting skills are an advantage
Proximity to a major airline hub and willingness to travel up to 60% annually
