Job Description
Oracle’s vision is to build a seamless customer journey across marketing and advertising communication. The Data Cloud Platforms team sits in the middle of this MarTech / AdTech convergence and will play a meaningful role as these practices come closer together.
The Sr. Account Manager, Data Cloud Platforms will be responsible for driving client success across a portfolio of marketer and publisher clients, using Oracle Data Cloud Platform products such as the Data Management Platform (DMP) and Oracle’s identity solution, OnRamp. Grounded in marketing and product expertise, a successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of client business objectives and partner to develop strategies and solutions that get results. They will optimally communicate and form relationships externally across client business units, departments, agencies and consultancies as well as partner closely with internal teams across audience strategy, platform architecture, operations, sales and product to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
Drive renewal and expansion revenue through outstanding client strategy & solutions
Promote client adoption through roadmap workshops, maturity assessments, use case consulting and platform training programs
Develop account plans to identify and execute on priorities
Own the “Voice of the Customer” internally to influence needs from sales, marketing and product
Lead account, orchestrate internal teams and resources
Evangelize Oracle’s value and products to client partners
Help clients build a program around the Data Cloud Platform products
Educate clients on the changing digital advertising ecosystem, and help them evolve toward the future
Qualifications
BA / BS or equivalent
Minimum 5 years client-facing experience, 3 years in AdTech or digital marketing
Located in SF, Denver, Seattle or NYC preferred; comfortable with travel (up to 25%)
Relationship management and communication skills, including presenting to all levels of the organization
Self-starter with the ability to own accounts autonomously

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
Colorado Pay Range: From $43.16 to $75.53 per hour
From $89,775 to $157,111 per annum
