Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced Senior SalesSpecialists as we help our customers move communication workloads to AWS whenthey use our real-time communications components to quickly add audio,video, and screen sharing capabilities to applications and businessprocesses. Developers benefit from the Amazon Chime SDK because they eliminatethe cost, complexity, and friction of creating and maintaining their ownreal-time communication services while also natively access AWS AI/MLservices. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cloudservices, has a strong industry background in UCaaS, VoIP, Video/IP,SIP, WebRTC, and video enabled applications, and has a blend ofbusiness, technical, project management, and sales skills necessary tohelp customers and prospects move communication workloads to AWS.Your responsibilities will include building and managing a sales pipelinefocused on driving adoption, revenue, and market penetration. The idealcandidate will possess a proven track record and background that enables themto lead a sales effort that will include teaming with AWS Senior EnterpriseSales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and Partners. Plus, theability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and workcross-organizationally to build consensus within the largest AWS accounts.The ideal candidate will have both a sales and technical background thatenables them to drive a customer engagement at the Executive (VP/CXO)level as well as with software developers and IT architects. The candidateshould be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a planand consistently deliver on quarterly business objectives andadoption/revenue targets. Teamwork, Account strategies, crossselling/expanding, solution selling, negotiation, projectmanagement, objection handling, and closing are some of the criticalskills reqRoles and Responsibilities:* Create a strong partnership with Enterprise/General sales, supportingthem with service and industry/domain expertise to effectively sell* Develop and execute against a sales plan* Maintain a sales pipeline* Work with partners and OEM's to extend reach and drive adoption of AWSsolutions* Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization* Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts* Ensure customer satisfactionBasic Qualifications* 7+ years of technology related sales experience* BA/BS degree required* Direct field experience working with enterprise customers* 10+ years of experience in enterprise and/or b2b software industrypreferably cloud, hosted, and managed communications services* 7+ years of experience with business collaboration tools, UC, Video,telephony, and SDK/APIsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
