The ERP, Analytics and Continuity Risk Advisory Services practice assistswith various consulting, internal, and external audit clients by bringingin-depth ERP, data analytics, and continuity skills where needed. Thepractice performs controls designs/assessments, complex data analytics,segregation of duties assessments, as well as ERP security vulnerabilityassessResponsibilities Include:Building, developing and managing teams to execute SAP ERP engagements,specifically related to audit, risk and control related issues highlyvisible ERP clients. He/she will work closely with our regional SAP leadersto accomplish these goalsBuilding, developing and managing teams to meet the strategic goals of thenational ERP RAS practice He/she will work closely with our regional SAPleaders to accomplish these goalsHe/she is responsible for contributing to the execution of the ERP riskadvisory services strategy and growth planPromote the expansion of services to existing clients and integrating a fullbasket of servicesHe/ she will interact at professional events and be a visible spokespersonas a thought leaderEnhance our current ERP Risk Advisory methodology as it relates to SAPcontrols training and testingExecute SAP ITGCs assessments, SAP Implementation Risk Assessments, SAPSOD assessments, and other ERP services as neededHelp to maintain our multiple segregation of duties toolsProvide first choice advisor experience to existing clients while working tomaximize client valueAbility to exceed client expectations in a sophisticated consulting oraccounting firm environmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence andprofessionalsEffectively manage overall client relationships to exceed client satisfactionrelated to IT Risk Advisory ServicesManage the fundamentals of practice oversight (i.e. realization,utilization, resource leverage and client portfolio management)Mentor, coach and ensure the continuous professional development of staff isbeing metSuccessfully integrate the strategy of the firmHeighten the firm brand by demonstrating thought leadership and embracing thefirm's marketing campaigns and related programs supported by the firmPosition Requirements:Deep understanding of SAP controls design, including both financial andoperational controls as well as experience with multiple other ERPs such asOracleTechnical knowledge of controls monitoring/auditing tools such as SAP GRC,GRC Control Panel, ERP Maestro, or other tools such as ACL, GRC is a plusMinimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in public accounting orrelevant compliance industry experienceUnderstanding of SOX, COBIT, COSO and other controls frameworkExperience working with clients in multiple industry'sExperience training others on ERP controls and security knowledgeExperience with SOX, COSO, COBIT and other related IT controls methodologyand frameworks, such as ISO, NIST, HIPAA, or FDA is a plus.Experience with risk and controls for S/4 HANA and HANA database/platformpreferredExcellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multipletasks, projects and assignmentsMust exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamcollaboration skills.Travel throughout the region is expected, up to 50% travelCertifications Preferred:CISA required CIA, CISSP, CPA, preferred but not requiredStandards of Performance:The successful candidate will have a strong sense of leadership and a highlevel of energyA self-starter with a practice building mentality who is hands on,results-oriented and leads by exampleHighly respected team leader and people developer with an ability to inspireothers to followExceptional professionalism that commands the respect of colleagues andsubordinatesA strong entrepreneurial spirit with the highest levels of professional andpersonal honestly, integrity and ethicsYou want your next step to be the right one.
