Project managementduties involve planning and executing a management plan specific to eachproject, delivering quality products and services to the client in a timelymanner, managing project financials, and serving as the primary contactbetween the SSR project team and the client. Responsible for Total ProjectSuccess on assigned projects for all results related to people, product,and prKey Responsibilities:Confirms the project scope and requirements with the client and otherstakeholders, working with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) orLocation Leader as neededHelps develop a financial plan for the project by negotiating fees andcontracts as may be appropriate, preparing the proposal letter, andparticipating in the man hour budgeting process; works with CRM or LocationLeader as applicableAssists in developing the project staffing plan and preliminary man hourbudget with the Senior Project Manager (PM), CRM, Department Head,or Location Leader as applicableEnsures a Project Coordinator (PC) is assigned to the project and workswith the PC to have the client fill out the BIM Questionnaire to ensure propermodel set up, model information flow, and managementParticipates in and learns how to structure project kick-off meetings toconvey project scope, client expectations and standards, man hourbudgets, etc.Works with design team to confirm a final man hour budget based on disciplinework plans that identify tasks and hours to completeWorks with the client to understand schedule expectations and, with teaminput, proposes interim milestones to the schedule for proper informationflow, adjusting as necessary throughout the projectSchedules work, communicates schedule information to the project team,monitors manpower requirements, and assists in updating eResource withcurrent man hour projectionsPrepares and implements a proactive Quality Assurance/Quality Control(QA/QC) plan for projectsEnsures that invoices are accurate and delivered in a timely manner,monitors and participates in collections of account receivables, and updatesthe projected monthly revenue earnings for each projectAttends meetings with owners, clients, and architects; facilitatescommunication between clients and the project team; and documents importantissMonitors project budget throughout project and works with project team toschedule work in accordance with man hour budgetsIdentifies, negotiates, and administers fees for additional services as neededBuilds, deve
