Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a business/office setting required - Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite - Understanding of database and file management - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast paced and challenging environment - Proven knowledge of working as an assistant - archiving experience preferred - Export customer service experience - Expertise in import customer service - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience - Solid understanding of customer service - Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
