Program Manager, Non-Invasive Cardiology (Job ID: 3621)Job Summary:Reporting to the Division of Cardiology Operations Manager, the Non-InvasiveCardiology Program Manager will be responsible for managing the clinical,personnel, and financial operations of echocardiograms,electrocardiograms, cardiac stress testing, and outpatient cardiacmonitoring services in compliance with Policies and Procedures set forth byDenver Health and Hospital Authority (DHHA) and the appropriate area.Manager has overall responsibility for providing the safe and effectivedelivery of patient care including the strategic planning, organizing, andmanagement of Non-Invasive Cardiology Services (as listed above). Thisrole will support divisional goals and will actively seek opportunities toimprove Non-Invasive Cardiology services through the development anddeliverance of strategic initiatives.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:1.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.2.Ability to coordinate, motivate, lead, develop and maintain a team.3.Strong skills in verbal communication, public speaking, presentation,writing, and editing.4.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other internal andexternal team members to ensure timelines are met.5.Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and independently.6.Self-directed and self-motivated.7.Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.8.Desire for personal growth and commitment to excellence.9.Strong emotional intelligence and quotient, professional communications,and interpersonal skills.Computers and Technology:1.EPIC Skills or other EMR skill required.2.Microsoft Office Suite required with proficiency in Excel.Education:Bachelor's Degree required; will accept degree in a related field.
