What You Will Be Doing
Manage, lead, and oversee the transportation division
Provide mentoring to other staff and review their work
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Monitor productivity and technical proficiency of staff
Collaborate with business development team
Make staffing assignments and reassignments
Conduct performance evaluations
Conduct training and development opportunities
Define scope of work, budget estimates, staffing requirements, design criteria, schedule, standards, and procedures for project assignments
Change order requests
Promote quality improvement on projects
What You Need for this Position
B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Must have PE License in Colorado
10-20 years of experience with highway design and project management
Ability to help grow our Colorado transportation division
Proven ability to perform in a leadership roles
Must have leadership and mentoring skills
Knowledge of MicroStation and other engineering software
Must have knowledge of industry practices/regulations
