The Johns Manville Roofing team is looking to hire an Owner Service Specialistto join our team in Denver, Colorado. As the Owner Service Specialist youwill be the designated point of contact for a set list of PreferredAccounts, as well as regional owner accounts. This position will manageaccounts from the point of sale of the guarantee throughout the lifecycle ofthe guarantee. Key activities include proactive relationship building,developing customer specific strategies, through the use of data andanalytics, with the outside owner services sales team, guaranteetransfers, managing claims requests, proactively selling for Peak Lifeextensions and managing customer data integrity.The right candidate will be involved in negotiation and conflict managementwith a focus on risk mitigation while maintaining business relationships.As part of the lifecycle of a guarantee this candidate will work with ourPreferred Accounts team on providing owners the value by potentially extendingthe manufacturer's guarantee and explaining the work required. The person inthis role will also feel comfortable in calling existing JM Building OwnerCustomers to introduce and explain a Guarantee extension program and feelcomfortable discussing lifecycle costs of roofs.This role will evolve and have additional responsibilities as the programgrows and matures. If you are a change-leader, customer oriented,flexible, team player, have a background in roofing, are comfortableasking for the sale, love finding solutions and driving problems toresolution, this role offers all that and more.Your Day-to-DayBe the expert for Preferred Accounts, develop and maintain a positiverelationship by responding to calls promptly with status updates, followthrough and swift resolution to the needs of our large national accounts.Build and maintain working relationships with contractors, field techniciansand technical managers to ensure a high level of service, quality ofworkmanship and customer assurance on problem resolution.Take the lead in coordinating, processing and resolving claims whilemaintaining excellent customer satisfaction to JM building owners andminimizing JM legal risk.Speak with contractors to coordinate leak repair schedule, performance ofrepair and responsibility for repair payment.Assist with the delivery of roofing assessments for building owners utilizingfield reports and the SalesForce Database.Call Owners with existing guarantees to introduce and sell the value of the JMPeak Advantage Guarantee Extension Program.Analyze and process invoices weekly, determining which repairs are approvedunder the JM guarantee while following the Claims department policies andprocedures.Ability to update, maintain, and analyze the owner account database.May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.What You Bring to the TeamBachelor's degree or five years of professional work experience in lieu of adegree.Technical proficiency with database and spreadsheet (Excel) applicationsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Solid customer service and negotiating skills.Excellent organization skills and problem-solving abilityWorking knowledge of SalesForce and/or SAP systemsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMinimal travel required. (0 -- 10 days per year)Work environment is typical of an office settingPreferred QualificationsTwo years of experience in a sales-oriented position.Basic understanding of commercial roofing systems, components,construction process and all parties involved.Experience with the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry.Possess a strong desire for results and a sense of urgency in completingtasks.Strong Presentation skills.Applicants can expect to make between $63,000 to $86,000 upon hire.Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills,and education among other factors. In addition this position is eligible for atarget incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan.Benef
