Aboveall, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Market Resource Strategist will support each of our business groups byproviding technical research, market analysis, and strategy.The Market Resource Strategist will be directly responsible for research andanalysis of the industry, competitors, and clients to develop strategiesin support of the Colorado Program. This individual will collaborate withbusiness group leaders to identify issues that are driving or limitingbusiness success. The Market Resource Strategist will maintain a databaseacross multiple industries to keep leaders updated.This position is based in Denver, Colorado, reports to the MarketingServices Manager, and supports all business lines provided by HDR.Responsibilities*Collaborate with and supporting business group leaders by performing marketresearch and developing strategies to build the Colorado program*Acquire, organize, analyze, and present insights on markets,clients, and competitors*Stay current with company service offerings and business area contacts*Create and maintain database to track gathered information*Be involved with relevant industry organizations, and attend conferences tostay abreast of industry trends and competition*Develop a high-level understanding of the industry networks within the localmarket*Performs other related duties as necessary*LI-KV1QualificationsRequired Qualifications*Bachelor's degree required*3 years professional experience*Possess strong analytical skills; can connect the dots to put informationin perspective at both the tactical and strategic levels*Curious, resourceful, and persistent; enjoy sleuthing for informationthrough online research and personal relationships*Strong collaboration skills*Effective written and oral communication skills*Inherent drive and self-starter attitude with the ability to workindependently, manage time effectively, and possesses strong organizationskills*Ability to prioritize to complete a high volume of work, managing requestsacross business group*An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of ouremployee-owned culture is a mustAt HDR, we are committed to the principles of employment equity.USA: We are a Federal Contractor, Affirmative Action and Equal OpportunityEmployer.
