Within these relationships, the team isresponsible for negotiating and implementing all payor/provider contractsand introducing various DaVita programs to provide additional value to ourpayor partners and improve patient care and outcomes. The Payor Contractingteam helps shape DaVita's go-forward strategy within the evolving healthcare lPosition Description: This teammate will serve as a vital member ofDaVita's Payor Contracting team. Key responsibilities include cultivatingand maintaining payor relationships, negotiating dialysis treatment ratesand contract language, issue resolution, coordinating with claimsteammates to ensure accurate billing and contract implementation, andregular communication with regional field operating leaders. This positionreports to the Director of Payor Contracting, for whom this teammate willprovide day to day support in negotiation and account management efforts.
