This role requires a hands-on tacticalmanager with the ability to think and act strategically. A successfulcandidate will be able to lead a cross-departmental team (non-directstaff) to scope, design, execute, and measure learning initiativesthat drive go-to-market success, empowering our employees to speak thelanguage of our customers and position newly acquired solutions andcapabilitieWorking within the Enablement organization, this role is responsible forenablement programs for CloudCraze, our B2B Commerce solution, along withother newly acquired products and solutions. In this role, a successfulcandidate will collaborate within Enablement and with business partners inSales, Industries, Alliances and Product Marketing to identifyrole-specific learning requirements, determine successful outcomes, anddevelop and execute learning programs as a part of the overall enablementstrategy. In addition, a successful candidate will ensure that learningprograms incorporate best-in-class learning design principles, are highvalue for our consumers, and scale for a global audience.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage programs to enable a cross functional set employees on B2BCommerce and other newly acquired products and solutions. * Ensure the internal team and external stakeholders are aligned to theenablement development priorities, and are able to to deliver a personalizedexperience that scales globally. * Engage and leverage Enablement resources, including content,communications, and logistics teams, in order to execute on priorities anddeliver high value enablement programs. * Deliver global learning experiences using a variety of mediums,leveraging innovative ways of delivering learning. * Track and measure the results of enablement programs and content, andregularly report results to key business stakeholders. * Work with Product Marketing and other content partners across thecompany to develop and deliver enablement assets and tools, including casestudies, deal stories, playbooks, ROI tools, etc.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: * Minimum 5 years of combined experience in Sales Productivity,Corporate Learning & Development, and Sales or Sales Management,and/or Product Marketing. * Experience with Digital Commerce technology and solutions. * Experience with go-to-market strategy and sales organization businessmodels. * Experience building and implementing scalable, best-in-breed globaltraining programs that enhance selling skills and sales performance, with ademonstrated track record of behavior-change and improved sales results. * Experience producing and hosting educational events, drivingadoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization. * Experience with planning, prioritization, program execution, andcollaboration across teams. * Experience leading enablement initiatives for a global salesorganization. * Excellent executive presence, with the ability to build credibilitywith senior leadership. * Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and otherrelated systems and processes. * Understanding of Salesforce and its solutions for B2B and B2C DigitalCommerce.POSTING STATEMENT Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and
