We’ll be looking for you to assist with highly visible, strategic projects and initiatives, as this role supports the Head of Network, Americas and works closely with the regional network leaders, as well as the marketing, pricing and functional departments. You will be responsible for making recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives, based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group, as well as providing strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor. You will assist in the creation of internal reporting and strategy documents to support business unit activities and strategic planning along with development of materials for key executive level meetings, including Executive Committee. Lastly, you will collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to provide relevant and actionable customer, competitor, and market level insights to the business units.

For such a detail-driven role, you will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably within the Financial Service industry, along with a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Math. You will have demonstrated experience with Financial Planning/Modeling, specifically Control Panel design to track initiatives performance, along with Business Case preparation and analysis. You will have also excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the capability of effectively interacting with senior managers and executives with confidence and presence. You will possess proven relationship management skills and an ability to establish conducive working relationships with stakeholders across different business groups. This role also requires expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Lastly, this role requires strategic thinking and the ability to learn new concepts, processes, and businesses quickly in order to solve problems and produce high-quality output, sometimes in short timeframes.
