They come to cultivate it.The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating content and managingproduction of eLearning, instructor-led, and blended training content fromstart to finish. Our team is on the front lines for several high-profileinitiatives to enable our partners, educate customers, and train anindustry about Ping Identity's solutions for identity and access management. We're looking for someone who has a passion for creating innovativetechnical training and is looking for an opportunity to join a team working totake technical training to the next level.Specific Duties Include:Define relevant learning and certification objectives based on learner jobtask needsIdentify course content scope based on learning and certification objectivesDesign online labs by identifying required features, writing scenarios andfeedback, and creating lab configurationsAssist with the design of technical certification programsPerform and review audio and video editing workCreate and edit course content for both instructor-led training and eLearningcontentWrite practice test questions based on the content scope and matching thestyle and difficulty of certification examsReview and edit the work of writers and SMEsAssemble all components into the finished product, ensuring the finalproduct meets all objectivesOccasional travel for course delivery or observation may be required Skills& RequirementsQualifications:Minimum 3 years' experience in computer-based instructional designMasters in Instructional Design, or a bachelor's degree and 2 years'experience in building technical coursesStrong writing skillsProven ability to apply instructional design techniquesExperience designing self-study content with Adobe CaptivateExperience designing simulations and hands-on labsThe ability to learn and master new technologies in order to develop trainingcontentThe ability to set and meet deadlinesThe ability to work independently and direct the work of others,prioritizing work activities and ensuring quality and standards are metDesired Qualifications or Experience:Identity and Access Management, database, networking, or programmingbackground highly desiredExperience in creating IT certifications and exam creationProject management experienceExperience creating training content for SaaS productsClassroom teaching experienceExperience working with Docebo LMS QualificationsEqual Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans,and Individual with Disabilities
