Red Bull North America Inside Sales Manager in Denver, Colorado

The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) function is to increase product sales andplacement at all off-premise and on-premise store locations within an assignedterritory. The primary role of the ISM is to provide exceptional service toall customers while increasing visibility and brand penetration through theaide of sales tactics, market insights, and field salesexecution.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:- Manage all Red Bull products and accounts through 100% execution todefined call frequencies- Resolve problems, maintain accurate call records and follow up on all orders- Develop new account relationships within defined markets- Determine current and ongoing product and POS needs to increase sales brandvisibility- Utilize all Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) sales tools and provideArea Sales Managers (ASM) with clear communication of executional activities- Develop plan to execute all daily account calls tracking results and nextcall account targets- Drive in store execution by hitting monthly KPI targets, call frequenciesand hit rates- Increase Quality Points of Distribution (QPODs) in-store and follow upon account level execution- Evaluate and communicate all competitors' activities such as new launchesand price reductions- Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) focused on areas suchas: sales, distribution, sales effectiveness and others- Complete various outbound call projects as assigned (following providedscripts, complete 100% of assigned calls, and bring positive attitudewith a focus on winning)- Build and protect the Red Bull brand- Bring energy and a "Can Do" attitude everyday- Collaborate with members of RBDC distribution teams to develop and executeprograms.- Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
