JOB TITLE: FX Loan Administrator and Analyst for Foreign Exchange Services

JOB BRIEF (PURPOSE)
The Foreign Exchange Loan Administrator and Analyst is responsible for managing the FX Loan Portfolio for both participatory and lead relationships. Responsibilities include performing loan modifications and interim amendments and ensuring accuracy of deal input and outages by working directly with internal departments and with FX operations. The person in this role will be expected to analyze and consolidate blotter and position requirements for both the loan and the retail portfolios and to assist the FX department with stated revenue growth of both books. Additionally, the role is responsible for understanding the impact of regulatory changes to the FX services offered by KeyBank, including the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and ensuring that KeyBank s foreign exchange department follows new and existing regulations. Other responsibilities include sales support, product profitability and audit/regulatory requests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Process and maintain the daily FX Loans
Manage the Loan and Retail trading blotters
Responsible for client and internal requests of Retail transaction review and adjustments
Acts as a backup to Product Manager for system support, general reporting requests and sales issue resolution
Backup for FX client onboarding and daily counterparty credit analysis
Assists with testing, monitoring and analysis of system/channel performance against stated specifications and service quality metrics
Assists with audit, legal and compliance requests.
Backup for electronic trading channel issue resolution
Assists Senior Foreign Exchange Product Manager in their assigned role.
MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS
Assists with/ responds to requests for proposals related to the foreign exchange product set, specifically anything related to FX loan processing
Provides sales support relative to product benefits, marketing materials, training and new client onboarding
Develops appropriate product process plans for key organizational stakeholders and internal audit and compliance partners
5 years of relevant banking experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Should be able to work independently
Ability to absorb knowledge in a short period of time
Technical skills: strong PC skills; with an intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to identify inefficient process, recommend solutions and assist with implementation
Ability to work with intermediate experience in MS Access
Basic knowledge of foreign exchange and other capital markets products
Technical understanding of FX electronic trading

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $54,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
