This position will be apart of the Revenue Excellence domain, with distinctive capabilities in theareas of revenue cycle management, pricing and growth.You will be on a team working on end to end revenue cycle transformations,including patient access, coding, clinical documentation, billing,A/R management, and related IT systems. You will manage projects orprograms that significantly improve revenue cycle performance, such asimproved patient collections, reduced denial write-offs, increasedaccuracy of clinical documentation and coding, accelerated back-end cashcollections, as well as drive development of technology assets that help ourclient teams fulfill these goals.What You'll DoYou will typically lead a team of 3 -5 consultants working on end to endrevenue cycle transformations, including patient access, coding,clinical documentation, billing, A/R management, and related ITsystems. You will be in a team managing projects or programs thatsignificantly improve revenue cycle performance (e.g., improved patientcollections, reduced denial write-offs, increased accuracy of clinicaldocumentation and coding, accelerated back-end cash collections, etc.)You will lead the day to day execution of a client project while guiding anddeveloping individual team members. You'll work directly with clients-usually on site -and you'll take ownership of the overall project and itsend products. You will make an important contribution to the analysis,design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developingtailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positiveimpact and sustainable results.
