Must take lead inteam selling environmentAchieving the assigned revenue and accountability quotasWorking closely with the assigned ShopperTrak team(s) to ensure propercustomer satisfactionProducing proposals in the agreed upon format that reflect the client'sscope of work for each sales opportunityProducing proposal notes outlining the scope of work and the success criteriaCollaborating with finance to produce contracts in accordance with the scopeof work and with company policyMaintaining proper reports as directed by the sales organizationMaintaining and produce expense reports as directed by company policyUp-selling new products, using internal subject matter experts or otherinternal resources as necessaryGathering competitive intelligenceOthers, as assignedQualificationsWhat we look forRequiredPossess five to seven years' in-depth knowledge of high level sellingtechniques to include prospecting, strategic selling, presenting, and closingKnowledge of Microsoft Office and SFDC applicationsFluency with Word, Excel, and PowerPointFive to ten years' sales experience to executive level clients includingCEO, COO, CFO, and CSOCustomer centric personality, high drive, and self-starting experienceBoard-room presenceTeam-orientedCustomer-focused, industrious, ambitious, and organizedAble to work independently and organize workload efficientlyExcellent presentation skillsAble to manage multiple projectsAction and results orientedExcellent oral and written communication skillsPreferredBS/BA in a field such as Business, Marketing, or CommunicationsExperienced in solution sales; managed service, SaaS, data, analyticsExperience selling to Retail industry clientsWho we areAt Johnson Controls, we're shaping the future to create a world that'ssafe, comfortable and sustainable.
