Safely providequality, accurate, cost effective distribution every time to all 7-Elevenstores. This position, along with all positions in the company, will playan active role in the company's Lean initiatives.JOB QUALIFICATIONSMust have previous supervisory experience.Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company route truck and complywith D.O.T. regulations.Must have at least 6 months previous route delivery experience operating astraight truck.Must have a Class B CDL valid driver's license in Colorado.Must be able to speak and understand the English language.Must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical, drug screen and a criminalbackground check.Must have an MVR within established company guidelines.Must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays and extra hours if requested.Must have good math ability.Must be able to effectively communicate with CDC customers/CDC employees.Previous customer service experience.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESBe responsible for, and follow safety and health regulations. Participate insafety meetings, report hazardous conditions, and perform your jobaccording to Best Practices.Responsible for all Operations and total activities of the Denver CDC DeliveryTeam and Department.Obtain and maintain a valid Class B CDL License.Manage driver schedules working within the labor hours set within the budgeteach year.Manage incident/accident reporting within Driver Safety Program.Manage fleet of trucks within budget guidelines.Manage Ibright system.Operate area of responsibility at or below the annual budget.We are a 24/7 operation, with driver schedules taking place eveningsincluding weekends and holidays.Manage all reports within the delivery process.Take personal accountability for the CDC delivery financial results.Compliance of HACCP.Supervise the training and coaching of Leads and Drivers including all safetytraining and new hire training for the Delivery Team.Promote and follow all company policies and guidelines (i.e. attendancepolicy, EMT, guaranteed hours).Hold regular scheduled meetings with Drivers and Leads.Ride with drivers to ensure proper route operations.Work with 7-Eleven Store Managers, Market Managers, Field Consultants andLogistics Manager in solving any delivery issues.Provide General Manager/Operations Manager with feedback on store deliveryor employee issues.Provide a daily recap of the operation including any issues that occurred,plus any after 5 deliveries, truck issues, etc.Individual will work with HR with hiring, evaluations, disciplinaryactions and documentation, EMT approval and salary reviews of all employees.Ensure all employees cooperate with all aspects of the E.A. Sween CompanySafety program.Other duties as assigned by General Manager and Operations Manager.PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONSMust be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a repetitive basis.Must be able to push/pull up to 300 lbs of product using a four-wheel dolly.Must be able to work in CDC temperatures of 38-70 degrees F.Must be able to work in all outside weather conditions.Must be able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and turning.Must be able to perform frequent reaching over shoulder height, waist leveland from floor.Must be able to work in a fast-paced night time environment.Must be able to work in an unsupervised environment.EQUIPMENT / MA
