Dependable Global Solutions Counterintelligence Program Assistant in Denver, Colorado
DGS is currently seeking a talented Counterintelligence Program Assistant to support our Team located in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Counterintelligence Program Assistant, will perform specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to:
Analytical support for to the CI program
Data entry for various CI databases
Assembles and coordinates data in response to internal and external reporting requirements
Individual completes additional duties as assigned to provide analytical support across the counterintelligence directorate
Assist in the performance of special security officer (SSO) duties, including tracking the receipt of security clearances, maintaining access control and issuing access badges, and accounting for and protecting the information stored within a Sensitive Compartmented information Facility (SCIF)
Provide routine on-site PC workstation and network maintenance and support, including setting up portable equipment ? will train but must have the ability and willingness to learn
Make office supply purchases using a government-issued purchasing card following government rules and regulations for documentation and accountability
Acquire, account for, and maintain assigned office resources and equipment ? training will be provided
Perform financial management duties to account for, track, and report office budget transactions
Operate and provide routine technical support for facility audiovisual equipment ? training will be provided
Serve as a custodian for communications security (COMSEC) equipment and material ? training will be provided
Arrange portable tables and chairs for facility conferences; heavy lifting is not required
Provide escort for uncleared personnel
Enter information into office databases
Perform other related duties as assigned
Individual must possess strong knowledge of database systems, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Access and similar software
Must have experience in using the full Microsoft Suite, scanning technology; individual must be an experienced data analyst
Individual must have experience supporting a program within the Intelligence Community and working knowledge of Executive Orders 12333, 12958, and 12968
Individual must have fluency in the English language and a working knowledge of computer systems

Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited university or college is desirable
Training in counterintelligence related skills is also desirable
