PAE Capture Manager in Denver, Colorado

Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Capture ManagerPrimary duties consist of driving opportunity from capture decision tocontract award, managing bid strategies and overseeing the development ofthe technical, management and cost strategies and associated proposalvolumes. The Senior Capture Manager is responsible for identifying the need orbenefits of teaming partners and the associated oversight of requiredagreements. The individual is responsible for aiding the Business DevelopmentManager with shaping the RFP, determining customer intimacy and identifyingstrengths and weaknesses of the organization in pursuit of the opportunity.The Senior Capture Manager is also responsible for determining the most likelyrequirements to successfully win an opportunity to include development andarticulation of the solutions required, win strategies, themes, anddiscriminators. Individual must be able to clearly communicate these to bothcorporate executives and the proposal team. The Senior Capture Manager isresponsible for the development and solutions, implementation and managementof the capture plan and associated strategy into the proposal end-product andcorporate offering.The successful candidate will have experience targeting the market,identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and leading businessdevelopment teams through the capture process to include: customercontact, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and bid teamstructuring; development of the value proposition, win strategy and offerdesign; price-to-win and design to cost; bid a business case; proposalproduct development, color reviews, submission, final proposalrevisions, hand-off for implementation, lessons learned continuousimprovement, new business budgeting, and cost controlResponsible for core market sustainment and new business growth; responsiblefor new business opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, andcapturDevelops strategies and responses to Request for Information (RFI) andExpressions of Interest (EOI)Prepares and presents PAE capability statements and other new businessinformation presentationsReports to the Director of Business Development, National SecuritySolutions/Counter-Threat SolutionsRequirements:A minimum of ten years of Capture Management experience with proven capabilityto execute a capture strategy and win pursuitsBachelor's degree in business or a field related to PAE service offeringsTop Secret Clearance is requiredProven capability to act as a Senior Capture Manager for various size pursuitsranging from $20M to $1BExperienced with rapid IDIQ task order processes and responses to a definedtimelineAbility to work in a matrixed, fast-paced team environmentDemonstrated ability to develop proposal objectives from vaguely definedrequirementsEffective oral, written, and presentation communication skills coupledwith the ability to establish and maintain productive customer and industryparticipant networks are essentialEfficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is requiredExperience supporting a diverse set of customers such as the Department ofDefense, including intelligence programs customersExperience working with a wide range of technical service offerings to includesecurity, facility support, logistics, records management, and supportservices is preferredExperience using SalesForce, or a similar CRM system is preferredExcellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projectsBe self-motivated and work independentlyEEO is the Law PosterEEO is the Law Poster SupplementPAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
