You work with the person and their friendsand/or family to develop plans and goals for each year. You love knowing that your hard work is making a difference in thelives of the amazing people we serve.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BILINGUAL CASE MANAGERMust be fluent in both Spanish and English and have demonstrated ability totranslate written documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.Bachelor's degree in human services or related field strongly preferred.However we will consider applicants who don't have a Bachelor's Degree ifthey have a minimum 5 years experience in the field of Intellectual andDevelopmental Disabilities or appropriate combination of education andexperienPrevious case management experience working within the field of Intellectualand Developmental Disabilities or related systems strongly preferred. Inaddition, demonstrated good facilitation, organizational,decision-making, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. It is necessaryto have reliable transportation to and from various locations for site visitsand monitoring.
