  • Marketing * ACQUI02305 Full-Time Denver GO Denver, CO, USA ### Description What Will You Be Doing? The Acquisition Marketing Manager willdevelop and implement customer acquisition and business growth marketing strategies. They will manage our performance marketing agency relationship, implement upper funnel branding and awareness marketing tactics, acquire net new customers for our email, social, and loyalty channels, and work with outside partner organizations for earned and shared media opportunities. Essential Functions * Develop acquisition and growth strategies for all parts of the marketing funnel, to drive new customers to purchase flights or engage with Frontier’s marketing channels. * Create marketing plans that drive overall customer acquisition, as well as city and service specific plans to meet specific business needs. * Own the relationships with our digital marketing agency, Google, Facebook and others. Collaborate with them to brainstorm, strategize and optimize across campaigns. * Engage with key internal stakeholders and external partners to learn business goals, and strategize and execute campaigns that achieve desired objectives. * Help test and implement new marketing channels such as OTT/CTV, Podcasts, TikTok, and possibly some non-digital channels. * Analyze data to identify trends in overall campaigns performance, creative and audience A/B tests, promo impact, customer sentiment, and brand health and recognition. * Provide marketing and commercial team leaders with reports and thoughtful insights into marketing campaign performance, creative, audiences, product development, promotions etc. Qualifications * 5-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused experience on acquisitions-based/direct-response Paid Digital Media. * Ability to create and manage partnerships with organizations to form collaborative marketing campaigns. * Experience with upper funnel earned media and brand building marketing campaigns and tactics. Additional experience in campaigns driving leads and program subscriptions. * Experience managing outside agencies and vendors, with an annual budget accountability in excess of $5MM. * Experience with paid and organic search, programmatic display, and paid social media channels and their platforms Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google DV360 and Search 360. Certifications with the platforms is preferred. * Experience analyzing, tracking, and building reports for digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly change course based on business needs * Team player who can work collaboratively with other departments, partners and marketers * Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Must be self-motivated, self-starter, have a sense of urgency and extremely well-organized * Ability to work with minimum supervision in a collaborative team environment * Microsoft office product skills including Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, changing environment * Must exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity * Must be a team player with ability to work on several projects at a time Equipment Operated Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer Work Environment Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled Physical Effort Generally, not required.
