Key deliverables are expanding existing accounts andacquiring new accounts, selling existing and future focused product lines,both capital equipment and reagents and meeting goals and objectives. You willneed to possess a significant level of sales proficiency as well as specificindustry experience to be considered. (It is more than a company match; it is a companycontribution.).We offer a collaborative, inclusive friendly, professional, and fun workculture.Check out our website!*Currently, medical premiums are 100% company paid for employee only**Currently, HRA is 100% co-funded for both employee and employee pluscoverages.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSAssigned territory: Denver, Colorado, also covers:(Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, SouthDakota, Utah, Wyoming)Bachelor's Degree or higher required, preferably in the field ofBusiness, Medical Technology or a scientific discipline (biologicalscience or chemistry-based science).Experience in Consultative Selling within a designated territory, with aproven track record of outstanding sales performance within the last 3years, such as awards and recognition.Travel at times can be substantial, up to an average of 4 days a week in thefield and 2-3 overnights each week.Experience in capital equipment sales and strong closing skills required.Experience in selling instrument and reagent solutions to the clinicallaboratory a plus.Trained on the Miller Heiman Sales Process, Strategic Selling, or LAMP a plus.Able to build trust in relationships, convey value of offering and obtaincommitments.Able to quickly assess and understand our client's needs.Competency to learn and effectively articulate technical product knowledge.Excellent, professional interpersonal and sales presentation skills withstrong verbal and written communication skills to internal and externalcustomers.Aptitude to handle rejection and eliminate roadblocks; never give upattitude and quick to try different approaches when the first solutiondoesn't work.An entrepreneurial and determined attitude in order to meet targets, and theconfidence to work independently without daily oversight. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESMeet or exceed annual placement goals for instrumentation, capital andreagent sales forecasts.Maintain current customers and increases sales of The Binding Site products toreference labs, hospital labs, physician's office labs, andresearch/industry labs in a defined region.Develop repeat business in the clinical laboratory marketplace increasingmarket share of key product groups.Promotes and sells all relevant Binding Site product groups to both currentcustomers and new prospects by visiting all appropriate departments (Lab,Purchasing, Administration, Pathology, etc.) within each facility,following up appropriately to ensure grow
