Zayo serves wireless and wireline carriers, media,tech, content, finance, healthcare and other large enterprises.Position DescriptionThe Account Director will support accounts in need of and in support ofwireless infrastructure. The successful candidate will develop customerrelationships and drive sales of Connectivity, Colocation and infrastructureservices to prospects and customers in the developing 5G ecosystem. Theposition is responsible to achieve sales and revenue growth targets throughconsistent account management activities as well as acquiring new accounts.Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership teamthrough aggressive prospecting and selling. A demonstrated ability to succeedin an autonomous environment is key to this role. The ideal candidate has astrong understanding of wireless connectivity to macro towers, small celland backbone networks with the ability to work on large, complex dealsapplying a consultative and trusted advisor approach.ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales revenue by actively promoting Zayo products and services totargeted account patches.Present proposals and manage customers through the sales process.Attain high Net Promoter Score results based on excellent customer support inthe sales processMaintain current business relationships with customers, securing existingrevenue on long-term commitments and or selling net new accountsApply knowledge of customers, industry, and services to achieve revenueobjectivesWork with the current Sales team to develop account strategy, solutiondesign, and relationship management on targeted accountsManage high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of responsivenessTrack, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in Salesforceand other reporting toolsProvide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities. Develop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting of sales andforecasts.Provide accurate and timely information to management.Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction ismaintained and revenue objectives met.Collaboratively work as a part of a team while concurrently performing as anindividual with minimal supervision.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College; or equivalentcombination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant experienceProven ability to build relationshipsStrong financial acumenQuick learner who collaborates well with others.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Exceptional customer service and relationship building/maintaining skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A sense of urgency and desire to rapidly accelerate results and career withZayo Group SalesPossesses excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with adiverse group of personalities; must be approachable, show respect forothers and be able to present data with effective communication andpresentation skillsHigh tolerance for ambiguity and can work successfully in a matrix managementmodelStrong understanding of account management and the strategic selling processEffective problem solving and interpersonal skills Knowledge of MicrosoftWord, Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce a plus.General understanding of Zayo Networks value proposition, products,
