They are also exceptional leaders of teams who inspire others to actcourageously.ResponsibilitiesManaging a client's business or portfolio of integrated accounts with atarget of $3MM in revenuePartnering with Ogilvy's capability experts to deliver integratedsolutions, identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, scopework and grow revenueImmersing yourself in the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers ofyour client's businessForeseeing opportunities and formulating plans to manage and exploit them todrive and extend the businessPutting clients first, interfacing regularly with all client levels andconstantly hunting for solutions and big ideas that are innovative andrelevantDemonstrating strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using Agencyresources to effectively and seamlessly support a client's businessBuilding strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with Ogilvy'scapabilities and the crafts deployed on your business(es)Effectively navigating teams when there are conflicting prioritiesCoaching, involving and inspiring the growth and development of juniorAgency staff via providing consistent feedback, training and growthopportunitiesActing as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas andapproaches, and providing guidance to push furtherMonitoring and communicating points of view on current marketing and industryissuesDemonstrating responsibility and accountability for overall agency performanceand flawless deliveryQualifications7 - 10 years of experience, including 3 - 5 years of supervisoryexperience, ideally with at least 2 different client experiences in two ofthe key territories (B2B, technology, employee engagement, salesenablement, marketing activation, demand generation).Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmentedmarketing landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and driveresults for clientsMulti-disciplined thinker - looking for ways to bring experts together tosolve challengesAn appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuringcreative excellence and outputStrong communication skills, particularly with oral presentationsInsatiably curious, a lifelong learnerAuthentically passionate about great work, your team and our businessDiplomatic and empathetic leadershipA good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well (andadapts their style and response accordingly)An accountable and confident agency leader - and leader of clientsApply for this job online ApplyShareEmail this job to a friend ReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
